Downtime: Help Needed~~!

I was using my PC doing some stuff for my upcoming part-time biz when my PC went Kaput after i switched on my overhead table lamp. Initially, i suspected it has something to do with the monitor and graphic card but it seems like the GPU fan is still running and the monitor can be used on other systems.

All the fans are running so i guess it cant be the Power Supply. I can still reset or plug in my USB mouse and the mouse LED lighted so i guess the USB ports are all working.

When i switch on my PC all i see is just a blank screen…..Nothing else happened. No sound of windows starting.

I really hope it’s not my Hard Drive as i got so many things i havent back up for the last few months..all the personal photos, business documents, freelance stuffs….ARGH!!!

Help Needed. Rewards for those who can fix this…
